12/23/20 update: we have been messaged by a few customers that their packages are arriving! Hopefully everyone will see this also, let us know if you don't in the coming week after Christmas. Thanks again for your patience. 

If you haven’t received tracking or shipping information from USPS, please read the following....

USPS is ‘experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of Covid-19.’  Below is a communication we had with USPS through text, the last paragraph is what we are assuming your item is in at this time.  We are sending all the good vibes and hoping your package arrives soon! Please be aware of the possibility it may be after the 25th.  Unfortunately, we have no control over this situation but we should wish we did! However, if this was a gift please feel free to copy and print a picture of your item off our website to wrap up or give in a card. And feel proud you supported a small business like ours during this crazy year. We sure are grateful for you and your purchase! We will be updating our website with any additional information we get from USPS. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
